GENERAL INFORMATION
- Email addresses and phone numbers are used for notification of entry receipt and clarification of any problems. The information will NOT be sold, distributed, or otherwise used for marketing purposes.
- Submissions must be postmarked or hand delivered by Feb 21st .
- Submissions will not be mailed back. They can be picked up at Watertown High School any time after Monday March 4th.
- Any submission which does not meet the criteria listed in the rules will not be considered.

REQUIREMENTS
- Entries are limited to TWO per student each year. However, they must be in two different categories. (ex: One student can enter a darkroom photo and a digital photo but they can not enter 2 darkroom photos)
- Photos must be between 5”x7” or 8”10”. Smaller and larger photos will not be accepted.
- Photos must be photos that are taken in the past 12 months by the student who is submitting the entry.
- Photos must be mounted on posterboard or matte board of any color of the appropriate size. If you are submitting a photo that is 5x7 then the matte board should be 8x10. If you are submitting and 8x10 the matte board should be 11x14. Submissions that are not mounted on 8x10 or 11x14 will not be accepted. Entries in the 3-D Photography category can be mounted or not mounted depending on what is appropriate for the piece.
- All submitted photos must be printed on high quality photographic paper.
- Final submission must have the Entry Form (and Model Release if applicable) attached to the back with tape as well as having you name and school printed in ink on the back of the posterboard in case the photo becomes separated from the Entry Form
- Any submission that is a photograph of a person or persons must include a Model Release Form attached to the back of the photo for every person in the photo.
- For the Digital Photography Category: Minimal manipulation of digital images with the intention of accurately rendering the subject is acceptable e.g.: small adjustments to brightness, color, color balance and/or sharpness is acceptable. Anything above and beyond this should be entered into the Digital Manipulation Category.
- In the Darkroom Photography category both the photography and the darkroom development must be the work of the student who is submitting the entry.
- The student must take the photo and each student is allowed to enter only one photo. Group work is not allowed.
- A copy of the registration form should be affixed to the back of the entry.
